They also must have prior teaching experience in order to be considered. Instructors then undergo a 100+ hour training process before being allowed to see students. In order to attract and retain the best teachers, we pay $100/hour for all teaching assignments, plus bonuses. This is up to 4 times the industry standard, and the highest in the industry. Content-Based Curriculum: We believe that the best GMAT curriculum should provide students familiarity with the math, grammar, and analytical principles that the GMAT tests. Accordingly, we strive to re-teach students the 8th and 9th grade math tested on the GMAT as well as the grammar and logic that many students may never have studied.
