The Frequency of Ghosts. Dieser Artikel ist nicht verfügbar. The Frequency of Ghosts

Some ghosts don't haunt houses—they haunt the people who refuse to listen.

Ada returns to her Toronto hometown defeated, seeking refuge in her family's crumbling lakeside property after her restaurant empire collapses in spectacular failure. She's determined to disappear into obscurity, to heal alone, until a strange frequency emanates from the lake—one only she and Wells can hear. Wells, the Olympic swimmer who abandoned her for glory a decade ago, is now entangled with a developer planning to destroy the very lake that's trying to communicate with them.

As Ada and Wells investigate the frequency's origin, they uncover an ecological catastrophe and paranormal disturbances that demand they work together. Late-night research sessions crack open old wounds. Confessions spill across kitchen tables at 3 AM. But when Wells discovers Ada's diary—three years of unfiltered pain, her admission that his leaving shattered her ability to trust, her secret that she still loves him—Ada retreats into furious silence, convinced his sudden devotion is pity, not redemption.

Now the frequency is intensifying. The paranormal manifestations are becoming violent. And Ada must decide whether the boy who once left her is worth trusting with the ghost of who she used to be.
