A unique board book with 6 pages showing 12 faces which can be mixed and matched with eyes, noes, and mouths that are housed in en envelope affixed to inside of front cover. Envelope holds 47 pieces, I believe it is missing one piece. Bit of scuffing to the cover. The directions read: "The Features of the faces in this book are cut from the heavy board leaves and are of proper shape and bevel to fit snugly into any of the holes of the different leaves. The page must have be laid properly and not to push them through. When removing them, press them up from the under side. The features may be used over and over again in any and all of the faces.
