This follow-up narrative inquiry explores test anxiety among second-year Bachelor of Elementary Education students at Bataan Peninsula State University - Dinalupihan Campus, extending an earlier study of first-year students. Drawing on interviews with fifteen participants and guided by the Westside Test Anxiety Scale, it identifies the principal triggers: physical and emotional stress, difficulties with mathematics and language subjects, and the complexity of course content. The study also documents the coping strategies students rely on - peer support, family encouragement, and self-directed learning - and shows how these help them regain confidence. From these findings the researchers developed a podcast, "Academic Equation to Normalizing Test Anxiety", as a practical tool for raising awareness and supporting students before examinations.

Professor Sunshine S. Talavera led the academic creative team behind this project at Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU), providing mentorship and guidance throughout its development. She is an active international researcher and published book author.
