This book was published posthumously in 1946 and furthered sir Arthur Eddington s Fundamental Theory . With this ambitious project, the author s intended to bring together quantic theory, relativity and the laws of gravitation. Sir Eddington was a pre-eminent British physicist and mathematician who chiefly contributed to the first diffusion of Einstein s theories in the UK.
