An interesting collection of poetry and articles, both literary and historical, including a description of Pittsburgh "and the state of society at that place" during the 1780s. The author was the father of Henry M. Brackenridge and wrote a number of notable early American literary works, most famously MODERN CHIVALRY. "Apparently privately printed" - Sabin.
