Profusely-illustrated, in-depth survey of the works of art in glass by Emile Gallé. Excellent color plates (over 90) on quality coated paper are still fresh and bright, as are the 200+ b&w plates; text pages are just slightly age-toned. Book itself is excellent with a sound binding, two corner tips bumped but this is unnoticeable under the handsome jacket; a Near Fine to Fine copy without the bumped corners. See photo enlarged.
