Undated hardback with no jacket. 10 x 13 inches, 168 pages with 16 tipped-in colour plates and 144 b/w. In overall very good condition, cloth boards are a little soiled - cup-ring to front and marks to rear - and spine a little tanned. Binding complete, no annotations or inscriptions, some minor tanning to page-ends but text and plates clean and clear throughout. This is a heavy book and our price included 2nd class p&p in the UK.
