Vol I, pp. viii,i-xvi,582; Vol. II, pp. viii,524; With a large folding hand-coloured map and 15 copper plates, one of which folding. Contemporary MS name, Marcus Gage, to titles. Bound in contemporary half calf, gilt, with marbled boards. Leading joint of first volume lightly cracked, but quite tight & sound, the second volume being neatly re-hinged.
