No date but probably around 1873, Wear to cover and spine, mainly edges and corners, Corners bumped and worn, boards showing, Edges and spine a little grubby, Top and bottom of spine bumped and a little worn, Internally in reasonable / good condition, pages crisp and clear, but binding deterioration, staples have been used and are now rusty and crumbling, pages upto approximate p. 40 coming loose, a few already detached from spine, the rest will probably follow, title page and 1st page of contents page appear to be missing, frontis is present but next page is vi (6) section containing 2,3,4,5 missing.
