Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Dr Mansi Kapoor is currently working as assistant professor at Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Pune, a constituent department of Symbiosis International (Deemed University). She teaches global business environment. She has completed her PhD from the University of Pune in organizational development. Her approach to handling subjects is multidisciplinary. She also teaches subjects such as creativity and innovation, and emotional intelligence. Dr Kapoor has represented India at international forums and conferences in both the USA and the UK and is also the founder of Cult Altered, which is a platform for young and budding authors to give voice to concerns for social change. She has an experience of about 19 years as a faculty and an industry professional. She has published several papers on the subject in various reputed international journals.
