Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Michael Gecan is a community organizer and has worked for the Industrial Areas Foundation (IAF) in New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Baltimore for more than thirty-five years. His writing has appeared in The Washington Post and the New York Daily News among others. He lives in Princeton, New Jersey.
