A turquoise tinted, postally used collotype postcard (3-1/2" tall x 5-1/2" wide), showing the "Last Bull Team on Cariboo Road, Ashcroft, B.C." addressed to a recipient in Tacoma, WA. in 1911, w. a fine Ashcroft B.C. cancel dated "AU 22 11" Card contains interesting camp notes verso [perhaps referring to the then active Aspen Grove Camp in the Cariboo] "Things at a standstill. No camps started yet. They seem to be in no hurry to start. Views are hard to get. Geo." With "Published by W. M. Huston, Ashcroft, B.C." printed on left edge verso. Postcard is clean w. minor wear and faint corner marks. This view apparently showing the Irving Strout outfit rolling by in Sept. 1899 on Railway Ave. in Ashcroft, B.C.
