Folio (35 cm). cxiv [ii] 363 [i colophon] pp. Illustrated with four facsimiles, two in gilt on brown paper and two in black and white. Outer and bottom deckled edges, top edge gilt. Gilt stamp title on spine. Some uneven discoloration to spine; medium wear to paper at bottom of boards; bottom corners lightly bumped. Ex-library with minimal internal markings only (bookplate on fpep; small stamps on ffep and title page. A very good copy, beautifully presented (most likely by a secreatarial hand) and illustrated, on this important work of Latin calligraphy--a prized item in Morgan's collection.
