Small 8vo. Tan cloth with green spine lettering and large front board color pictorial plate, pictorial dust jacket with matching front panel batter-and-catcher graphic. 256pp, (16pp ads). Frontispiece, 3 full-page line drawings. Very good/good plus. Binding quite nice but for homely white stain at upper right of rear board (only) -- and jacket equally bright and nice but for homely large darkish stain to much of rear panel and portion of spine; internally tight and fine. A tight, fairly attractive later printing of the first title in the 4-volume "Grammar School Boys Series." All four volumes were published in 1911 and both ad at rear and rear jacket panel list all four titles, making precise dating difficult. Bestandsnummer des Verkäufers 47775
