New York, The Archive Press, 1964, hardcover with dust jacket, about 12 X 9 inches, (xix) 231 pages, illustrated in B&W. Cover is very fine without any noticeable wear or flaw except a very light bump to front cover lower right corner. Interior is very fine too BUT it?s an ex-library copy with 2 library stamps at the beginning . and two spot of dried glue (yellowed) to inner boards and a library stamp to right foredges. Unclipped DJ is about fine showing only some very light wear to bottom edge including two small tears and a light sticker shadow to bottom spine.
