A literal reprint in the types of Wynkin de Worde after the unique copy printed by him upon parchment in London MCCCCCXII". Illustrated. One of the full-page cuts in black and red. Bound in full pigskin stamped in brown with facsimile of the devices of Caxton and De Worde, the spine also stamped with titles and flowers, marbled endpapers, brass clasps. The type for this printing was specially cast using de Worde's fonts as a model. Reproduced from Robert Hoe's unique copy of the 1512 edition, and with an historical essay by Hoe. Rare in this nice condition.
