This map/brochure is undated. It may have been printed in 1929. The writer of the material that comes along with the map is Clara Barrus, who died in 1931 and had published, in 1922, the biography., "The retreat of a poet naturalist John Burroughs". The photos of the furniture and the clothing people are wearing also point to an early date for this brochure map.
