Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Deepa Gupta is Professor and Dean at GL Bajaj Institute of Management, Greater Noida. She is a highly accomplished academician and certified trainer with a passion for institution building, brand development, and organizational growth. With over 24 years of experience in the field of management studies, she holds doctorate in Corporate Social Responsibility and has served as an adjunct faculty member at Michigan Tech University, United States. Dr. Deepa Gupta holds a number of key positions and memberships in various professional organizations, including ISTD Noida Chapter (Vice Chairperson), MMIFF (Exe. Director-CSR), India Vision Foundation (Executive Head-IA), Jwala Foundation (Executive Director), Neo Fusion Foundation (Executive Director), Richmond Fellowship Society (Governing Council Member), CEGR (Co-Chair Person Women Edu. Dept.), and so on. She has received 24 National and International awards for her outstanding contributions to education, society, and women's welfare. She is also the author of a textbook entitled Research Methodology, published by PHI Learning and has contributed 15 patents, copyrights and 45 articles and papers to refereed journals and international conferences, as well as chapters to various edited books. Mukul Gupta is Principal at GL Bajaj Institute of Management, Greater Noida. He holds Doctorate in the field of Consumer Behaviour and has over 25 years of experience in teaching and corporate of repute with domain knowledge and expertise in initiating business expansion, handling Academics, Admissions, Strategic planning, Training & Placements, Managing overall operations & administration of Institutes specializing in the field of Management education. He is an active researcher having hands-on experience in Consumer Behaviour and Advertising. Dr. Gupta has organized and conducted FDPs, MDPs, EDPs and has presented and published more than 40 research papers and book chapters combined in various international conferences and journals of repute and has contributed 15 patents and copyrights. He is an active member of ISTD, IIER, UPUEA, MTC Global, CGER, etc. He is the author of a book entitled Research Methodology, published by PHI Learning. He has to his credit 07 national and international awards and accolades for outstanding contributions to education & society.
