Über den Autor: Peter F. Asaad, Esq., is managing principal of the Washington, D.C.-based law firm, Immigration Solutions Group, PLLC (ISG), and is adjunct law professor at American University, Washington College of Law where he teaches Business Immigration Law. Mr. Asaad also serves as Executive Board Member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), DC Chapter which includes Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Mr. Asaad chairs the American Bar Association (ABA) Immigration Litigation Committee and formerly chaired the DC Bar s Immigration and Human Rights Committee. Mr. Asaad directly communicates and regularly interacts with government policy directors through his various leadership positions which enable constant and direct contact with government officials for the most up-to-date information. According to the American Bar Association (ABA), Mr. Asaad is one of the nation's leading litigators in the field of immigration law.
