Artikelbeschreibung des Verkäufers

no front endpaper, t.p.+dedication+i-viii (Preface)+(vii, 'List of such Authors as I could procure and Account of who have treated of Physiognomy')+(i, errata+82+(4, Index)+(2, Index of lectures for 1744 and 1745)+ endpaper, 5 plates ex-pagination, 4 unfolding, 1 across an opening, these have 2 images per plate, mostly of female facial expressions; clean and unmarked bar very early small stamp to verso of plates:'The John Crerar Library', generally clean and unworn but end-paper and some plates have minor edge nicking/chipping of little consequence, front endpaper obviously missing.
