He has served as a teacher/ trainer at two universities and has been an adjunct faculty member at a liberal arts college, state university, community college, and technical institute. He is an active member in continuing education and academic professional associations. He has managed several conferences on part-time/adjunct faculty and served as a consultant for part-time faculty management and development.
