First edition hardback with no jacket. 5 x 8 inches, 339 pages plus 10 pages of period advertisements. In overall very good condition, dark green cloth boards with gilt titles to spine and front cover plus black crest, are rubbed to spine head and tail and corners rounded. Binding complete but gutter has cracked at ffep and mesh is visible. Ffep a little creased. No annotations or inscriptions, text and illustrations clean and clear throughout.
