Handwritten letter of 8 lines on single sheet, written recto only, dated at Long Island City, 23 February, 1933 and signed in full. Mumford writes to a Mr. Beck regarding a lecture he (Mumford) will be giving and that he will be happy to meet with graduate students and faculty (a previous letter indicated that the lecture would be at Princeton and that the subject would be "The New City). Light mailing folds , clean example with a hint of light toning, tiny chip at one edge.
