A splendid copy, handsomely bound in finely woven burgundy cloth stamped brightly in silver with numerous drawings of hands on the front boards; and bright gold stamping along the spine. With an artistic bookplate stamp of the previous owner, an artist. Very clean and tight throughout. In a very good original dust jacket with darkening and light scuffing to the spine and uniform soiling to the rear panel. Uncommon in the jacket which has done an admirable job keeping the book in near-fine condition. First Edition with "First Printing, March 1940" on the copyright page.
