Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Harold G. Koenig, M.D., is the Director of Duke University's Center for the Study of Religion/Spirituality and Health. He is also Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Behaviorial Sciences and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Duke University Medical Center. In 1996, Dr. Koenig organized a symposium on religion and health at the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the world's largest and most prestigious scientific organization. Dr. Koenig is the author of ten books and over 150 articles for a professional audience. This is his first book for the general public. He lives in Durham, North Carolina, with his wife and two children.
