As a full professor of nursing at Molloy University, Dr. Pemberton has been instrumental in advancing health informatics education. She developed the Nursing Informatics component of the university's Nursing Administration program and continues to enhance its curriculum. Additionally, she created a graduate-level Health Informatics Program for future healthcare leaders, further shaping the field through her expertise and leadership.
