An expansive survey, with brief history and lists of the members of royalty in England. By Peter Heylyn, a prolific English author, and supporter of Charles I, in the 1600s. FAIR condition. Both covers almost completely detached from the binding, tenuously holding on. Spine creased, with some chipping and loss of leather at the head and tail. Minor staining to the covers. Owner's name on the title page, with a brief note of the title on the fore edges of the pages. Small dampstain to the lower page corners of the first part of the book.
