Exterior is heavily darkened (see photo) with moderate general wear; bottom of front gutter has 1" where the coating has disintegrated and fabric is exposed. Interior of the book has two noticeable defects: front hinge is completely exposed and the paper has browned significantly to the point where they can be fanned but they have little flexibility; text is intact, clean, unmarked and not stained; rear hinge is strong.
