Condition of the binding is Poor: exterior is scuffed & chipped, front board is detached; rear interior hinge is split; front & rear endpapers and adjoining leaves are detached. Condition of the text is Very Good: light foxing throughout; chips/tears to the margin in a few places; a few leaves have a small fold at bottom front corner; two pages have minor notations in pencil.
