5 1/4 in. x 7 3/4 in., 116 pp., illustrated with reproductions of historical photographs, printed in brown tones, and small, photo-portraits of members of the St. Alexis Hospital Alumni Association (mostly physicians). Flexible, dark brown leather, with titling in silver on the front cover. The leather on the spine and hinges has almost completely deteriorated, and the front cover is detatched, with wear to both cover edges. Some pages show dust marks, small splits to the top-edges (pp. 29-30), a few pencil marks, dusting to endpapers. Pages 95-105: "From the Doctor's View-Point" gives statements of work done in their departments by some of the physicians: "The Surgical Department", by J. W. Russell, M.D.; "The Laboratory", by William B. Rasing, M.D.; "Vaccine Therapy," by C. L. McDonald, M.D. Gives names of physician staff members, alumni association, numbers of patients treated; list of contributor's to the 1903 building fund.
