Two octavo volumes bound in full contemporary sheep, red leather spine labels with title, volume numbers on spine in gilt circular stamp, 455 + 450 pages, including Subscriber list at the end of volume 2; light age toning but Very Good clean and unmarked, a couple of old previous owner signatures in front of both volumes; both bindings square and tight, outer front joint cracked lower 2 inches on volume 1; overall Very Good copy of a scarce early edition.
