Part II only. Bound in brown half-leather with brown pebbled leather boards. Binding a little weak, especially front hinge, but holding. Pages unmarked and only slightly aged. Many illustrations, some with tissue protective page. Gilt edges, all in pretty good condtiion. Former property of Excelsion-Lake Minnetonka Historical Society, with tiny handwritten donor reference and gold sticker. Coveris quite worn at corners, with boards showing.
