Revised and altered reprint of 1886 ed with new introduction. Very good with only defect being a light waterstain on front free endpaper which seems to have been manufactured from two sheets of paper. In good pictorial dust jacket with some discoloration along spine and a few water spots. No chips or tears. Original jacket price of 10'6 printed on front cover. Dark green textured cloth with gilt titles on spine. No statement of additional printing so this is presumably the first printing of the 1946 ed. Bestandsnummer des Verkäufers 113310
