According to the OCLC the Balboa Shops Printing Plant in The Republic Of Panama published this in 2000(?) - but none of that is printed in the publication. The OCLC also says there is only one library location for it - which might explain why I can find no other reference for it. It is from Exhibit no. PA 2; CAB docket no. 855 printed in 1940 - and is also titled Pan American Airways, Inc., its history of the transatlantic air services, 1930-44 (as excerpted from Civil Aeronautics Document no. 855 with the appendix The last of the flying clippers by M.D. Klaa¿s) All very confusing - but it is a scarce bit of aviation and Pan Am history nonetheless.
