Dr. Qiyang Chen is an Associate Professor of MIS in School of Business, Montclair State University. He earned his Ph.D. in information systems from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. His research interests are in the area of human-computer interaction, database development, soft computing and information resource management. His recent publications are in the International Journal of Human-Computer Interactions, Human System Management, Journal of Neural Network Computing and Applications, etc. Dr. Chen has consulted with industry on various issues in information systems. He regularly serves in program committees for national and international conferences and is included in 2001 edition of International Who's Who of Information Technology.
