Dr. Samarjit Roy is currently working as a faculty member in the Department of Software Engineering, School of Computing and Information Technology, Eastern International University, Vietnam. He served as an Associate Professor in the Dept. of CSE, JIS Group, Kolkata, India, and an Assistant Professor in the School of Computer Science, Engineering, and Applications, Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the D Y Patil International University, Pune, Maharashtra, India. His research areas include musical pattern recognition, information retrieval, context-aware recommender systems, speech, audio and signal processing, cloud computing, soft computing, machine and deep learning, internet of music things, and crowd-sensing. He has published 75 research articles, books, book chapters, etc., in numerous reputed National and International journals, conferences, and other publication societies.

Dr. Palash Bairagi serves as an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Department of Business management,SCMS,Central University of Odisha, Koraput, Odisha.  Dr. Bairagi has a strong academic background, having earned his PhD in Management from the Institute of Management Studies at Banaras Hindu University. His doctoral research probed into the nuanced dynamics of risk tolerance and risk perception in investment decisions, analyzed through the lens of behavioral finance. With over six years of extensive teaching experience, he has previously contributed his expertise to institutions such as Symbiosis School of Banking and Finance, Symbiosis International University, School of Business, Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University, D.Y. Patil International University and Rama University in India. His scholarly contributions are significant, with numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals (Scopus & SCI) and chapters in academic books with Springers. His research interests span across Behavioral Finance, Computational Finance, Sustainable Finance, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Fintech. He is actively engaged in various professional organizations such as Indian Accounting Association (IAA), Global Association for Humanities and Social Science Research (GAHSSR) and Editorial Member Edwin Group of Journal of continues to influence the academic community with his innovative research and dedication to education.

Dr. Siddhartha Bhattacharyya [FRSA (UK), FIET (UK), FIEI (I), FIETE, LFOSI, FSCRS, SMIEEE, SMACM, SMAAIA, SMIETI] earned his Bachelor in Physics, Bachelor in Optics and Optoelectronics, and Master in Optics and Optoelectronics from the University of Calcutta, India, in 1995, 1998, and 2000, respectively. He completed his PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Jadavpur University, India, in 2008. He also received the PhD (Habilitation) degree from VSB Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic, in 2023. He is the recipient of the University Gold Medal from the University of Calcutta for his Masters. He is the recipient of several coveted awards, including the Distinguished HoD Award and Distinguished Professor Award conferred by the Computer Society of India, Mumbai Chapter, India, in 2017, the Honorary Doctorate Award (D. Litt.) from The University of South America, and the South East Asian Regional Computing Confederation (SEARCC) International Digital Award ICT Educator of the Year in 2017. He has been appointed as the ACM Distinguished Speaker for 2018-2020. He was inducted into the People of ACM Hall of Fame by ACM, the USA, in 2020. He has been appointed as the IEEE Computer Society Distinguished Visitor for 2021-2024. He has been elected as a full foreign member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (RANS) and the Russian Academy of Engineering (REA). He has been elected a full fellow of The Royal Society for Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce (RSA), London, UK. He is currently serving as a Senior Researcher in the faculty of electrical engineering and computer science at VSB Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic. He is also serving as the Scientific Advisor of Algebra Bernays University, Zagreb, Croatia. Before this, he served as the Principal of Rajnagar Mahavidyalaya, Rajnagar, Birbhum. He served as a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of Christ University, Bangalore. He was the Principal of RCC Institute of Information Technology, Kolkata, India, from 2017-2019. He has also served as a Senior Research Scientist in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of VSB Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic, from 2018 to 2019. Before this, he was a Professor of Information Technology at the RCC Institute of Information Technology, Kolkata, India. He served as the Head of the Department from March 2014 to December 2016. Before this, he was an Associate Professor of Information Technology at RCC Institute of Information Technology, Kolkata, India, from 2011-2014. Before that, he served as an Assistant Professor in Computer Science and Information Technology at the University Institute of Technology, The University of Burdwan, India, from 2005-2011. He was a Lecturer in Information Technology at Kalyani Government Engineering College, India, from 2001 to 2005. He is a co-author of 6 books and the co-editor of 109 books and has more than 400 research publications in international journals and conference proceedings to his credit. He has two PCTs and 20 patents to his credit. He has been a member of several national and international conferences' organizing and technical program committees. He is the founding Chair of several international conferences like International Conference on Research in Computational Intelligence and Communication Networks (ICRCICN), International Symposium on Signal and Image Processing (ISSIP), Doctoral Symposium on Intelligence Enabled Research (DoSIER), the International Conference on Human-Centric Smart Computing (ICHCSC), International Conference on Computers, Information Processing and Advanced Education (CIPAE), International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Human Machine Collaboration ICISHMC), and Doctoral Symposium on Human Centered Computing (HUMAN). He was the General Chair of several international conferences like WCNSSP 2016 (Chiang Mai, Thailand), ICACCP (2017, 2019) (Sikkim, India), ICICC 2018 (New Delhi, India), and ICICC 2019 (Ostrava, Czech Republic).

Debashis De is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal, India. He is a Senior Member-IEEE, Fellow IETE, and Life member of CSI. He was awarded the prestigious Boyscast Fellowship by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, to work at the Heriot-Watt University, Scotland, UK. He received the Endeavour Fellowship Award from 2008–2009 by DEST Australia to work at the University of Western Australia. He received the Young Scientist award in 2005 at New Delhi and in 2011 in Istanbul, Turkey, from the International Union of Radio Science, Belgium. In 2016, he received the JC Bose Research Award from IETE, New Delhi. In 2019, he received the Shiksha-Ratna Award from the Govt of West Bengal. He published in 400+ journals and 200+ conference papers, twenty books, and was granted 4 patents. He has projects sponsored by AICTE, UGC, WBDST, DST, WBDST, World Bank, AWS, and MeitY. He served as chairman of CSI and IETE Kolkata, and EC member of IEEE COMSOC Kolkata. His h-index is 48, his citation is 11,500. He is listed in the top 2% scientists of the world and ranked 122nd among the best scientists of India for 2025 by Research.com, USA. His research interests are Edge intelligence, IoT, and Quantum Computing.
