Beschreibung
A large, thin hardcover book bound in embossed brown cloth. POOR CONDITION. Gilt detailing has worn off the cover. Edges wearing through, spine faded, and back cover soiled. Unobtrusive smoke stains on some page edges, and gutter dampstained throughout. All color plates foxed but present; the polar bear plate is detached. Each of the plates has faded onto the facing page of text. Binding is limp throughout. A heavily worn but complete copy. A mid-19th century children's book about different types of animals. Volume 2 only (of 4), containing the Newfoundland dog, wild boar, cow, deer, goat, beaver, fox, and polar bear. Measures approx. 13" x 10.5". Bestandsnummer des Verkäufers 187159
