Elephant folio, 55 cm. Original green cloth. Rebacked with a modern red cloth spine. Perforated stamp on title page. Title page and several pages and plates creased. Lithographic plates, Arteries hand colored in red and blue. Marginal soiling, scattered foxing and offesetting. Restoration work to a few page margins and title page. Two folding plates restored along fold, one has loss along fold. From The Medico-chirurgical Review, 1827, "These plates are intended to explain the relative position of the Arteries, in respect to the surrounding parts, and the Organs to be met with in such operations, both externally and internally to their sheaths.
