The participation in sports and physical education activities promote good health and high degree of physical fitness which increases an individual’s productivity in social life.Football is one of the fast moving and exciting game that requires quick thinking as well as physical skills. It provides an opportunity to combine, speed of judgment, speed of physical and mental reaction and expertise with body and ball. It is a game that requires many different skills, often at the same time. Football players need to be able to adjust to different situations those changes within a split second.
