'In Other Words' was an independent high street bookshop for 25 years until 2007. We are still dedicated passionate booksellers in our more recent incarnation. We accept ABE online credit card transactions. We accept sterling cheques
drawn on
a UK bank. We will wait for cheques to clear before despatching goods. If
items
are not as described, we offer a full refund including P&P subject to
notification
within 14 days. All books are offered subject to being unsold. Any faulty,
damaged or missing items must be notified to us within 14 days.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on
books
weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may
contact
you to let you know extra shipping is required. Books are normally sent in
good
quality recycled padded envelopes or with cardboard protection.
Overseas parcels may be liable for local taxes and/or import duty charges
which
are the sole resposibility of you, the customer.
