Über den Autor: Dale is motivated by his passion for understanding the fundamental ingredients of both individual and organizational success. As the CEO (or President) of nine organizations in the public, private, and nonprofit/civic sectors over the last 25 years, he learned how to strategically utilize influence to achieve extraordinary success. He is currently the CEO of the management consulting firm Strategic Influence which uses his Intelligent Influence competency framework to provide strategy, operations, and human capital consulting advice to corporations, government agencies, and nonprofits around the world.

Dale received a BA in Economics from Princeton University and a MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also completed the Harvard Kennedy School Senior Executives in State and Local Government program.

He also authored three other books and is a member of the Board of Directors of the United States Tennis Association (USTA). Dale is an accomplished athlete who has completed three marathons and received national rankings in tennis, triathlon, and duathlon. He lives in New Jersey with his wife Sharon and daughter Ashley.
