New York: Evert Duychink, 1821. Small octavo; 304 pp. Contemporary leather (sheep?) with red spine label. Boards a bit warped with a fair bit of rubbing, scuffing, and soiling to surface and edges. Dampstaining to initial pages and noticeable for the first 20 or so before disappearing into more general toning and foxing throughout. Some light, old pencil doodles opposite title page, else pages unmarked. Page binding is sound Mair's Latin Grammar originally appeared in 1750 and continued in various reprints, to many of which (including this edition) were appended An Epitome of Ancient History from the Creation to the Birth of Christ, and A Proper Collection of Historical and Chronological Questions.
