Who Are You?

Look into the mirror and tell me what you see. Describe who you are and who you have become. Search deeply and confront yourself.

Challenges and Experiences.

Life is full of many challenges and character-building experiences. Who you are is a question that needs to be explored early in life. We are products of our environments, genetics, and special energies that are uniquely ours. Your life energy is the special energy that is unique to only you. No one else can copy it. No one else can generate it. It is special, and it is created by only you.

Being a Star.

You are a star by your own birthright. When you were born, there was a plan laid out for you that had options for you to follow. Everyone has options in life along with different choices that will be made. It is up to you to make the right choices. You must quiet your mind of all the chatter that goes on and find the place that will lead you to your higher self and recognition of your ultimate purpose for this life cycle.

Communication and Hunches.

Your higher self is waiting to communicate with you. Your higher self has been trying to reach you through various ways. Try to remember all the hunches you have had in your life. Try to remember the overwhelming feelings that you have experienced while you were trying to make serious decisions. Go back and think why you did things the way you did. It was you connecting with yourself and a higher force that is universal. I have done this many times myself. This universal force is all around us every day of our lives. We are all conduits of this energy. Not every one chooses to acknowledge the existence of this energy. You have arrived at the crossroads of your life's journey, and the choice to connect openly or not is yours.

Expressing Your Potential.

Success is living up to your potential. Wake up with a smile and go after life. Live it. Taste it, and enjoy it. Feel yourself become part of something greater. Any failure in life you encounter is but a stepping stone to future successes. Your life is not about winning or losing on some score card. It's about how you play the game and enjoy the journey. Living a life directed by purpose is the richest type of existence. Your purpose wells up from your deepest inner being. Your purpose has always been with you. It was written on your soul before you were born. Your purpose encompasses your core values system. Finding your purpose is the greatest achievement you can make.

Take the time and ask yourself, "Who am I? What are my core values?" What description defines the individual you are?

Take the time and answer these important questions. This is your defining moment. Write everything you feel and what you want to do with your life.

Take a few days to do this exercise. Be gentle with yourself but firm about putting it all down on paper. Cover all your aspirations, wants, and desires. This exercise will allow your inner being and life energy to shine through, expressing who you really are. This is your defining moment. Take the challenge and define yourself. Describe yourself in detail. This is for your eyes only.

Define Your Strengths.

Here are some examples for you to use if they apply. The purpose is to help you develop your own. A lot of these are my personal strengths.

• I am confident, and I am wise.

• I am a fast learner.

• I am a wise investor.

• I am a change agent.

• I am a planner.

• I am emotionally strong.

• I am organized.

• I can do anything I set my mind to.

• I thrive on challenges.

• I am ambitious.

• I know how to balance my life and accomplish what I feel is needed.

• I know how to attain my personal and professional goals.

• I am driven to succeed.

• I know how to balance the complexities of life in general.

• I express a lot of energy in everything I do.

• I express a lot of enthusiasm.

• I am a risk taker.

• I can attract all that is necessary to me to make· changes in my life.

• I am a magnet of endless possibilities.·

• I apply goal-setting in order to accomplish what I· want to get done.

Remember to carefully write about yourself. What I have written here are only examples. Do not sell yourself short.
