"Through story and song Jane Ann Derr illustrates how God again and again turns mourning into joy. In deeply personal ways, she reflects on human struggle and victory within the context of God's never-failing love and she invites us to go do the same. Both those confident in their faith and those who doubt will find encouragement here."
