Now Trimsleeve protected. *** CONTENTS: The author was in the service of the Maharajah of Kashmir (to whom the book is dedicated) for ten years. He made it his duty to visit all parts of the territory, so that he could say, in all honesty "the account is limited entirely to the descriptions of what I have not only seen, but well remembered."
