Oversized paper covers with string binding and pasted on illustration, edges worn and frayed with some small tears (due to the oversized covers), small marks to front and a red pen mark to rear but internally in Very Good condition. A collection of 22 tipped in b&w photographs of Juneau the newly designated capital (at the time) of Alaska including two fold out panoramic shots of the city and its surroundings at either end of the book. Zustand: very good. Original silver print mounted on studio card. Images measures 11.5 X 19 CM with card 13.5 X 21.5 cm. Card has rounded corners. Thin linear border on card surrounding photograph with photographers information on back. Small imperfection to left side of image with colour slightly faded. Light soiling to card. An interesting image. very good Image shows four women wrapped with blankets and furs and their heads covered.
