A few old library stamps, but otherwise, text unmarked and binding tight. Volume 40 of THE KNICKERBOCKER, a monthly literary magazine, containing issues from July through December 1852. Includes a serial feature called THE FUDGE PAPERS by Ik Marvel (the pen name of Donald Grant Mitchell, author of REVERIES OF A BACHELOR), a piece by humorist Charles Leland titled "Sketch-Book of Me, Meister Karl," and a feature on English fairy myths. Priority shipping is $10.50 for delivery by either UPS or Priority Mail. Delivery is within 2-6 business days and includes tracking and insurance. Economy shipping is $5.50 for delivery bu US Media Mail with delivery confirmation.
