Über den Autor: Chung moved to Australia from South Korea almost 20 years ago, to become a pilot, which he accomplished. But he decided to devote his time to becoming a successful chef and restaurateur rather than a pilot or a judo teacher. Chung is the owner of MAPO restaurant in South Australia which was awarded an Australian Good Food Guide Chef Hat in 2012. He has also been winner of Flavors of the World Lifestyle Food Award and Finalist in 2012 in Awards for Excellence Best Asian Restaurant in SA.
