Brown cloth-covered boards, Gilt embossed lettering over brown panel on spine, Brown embossed lettering on front cover, Top edge dyed brown. Textured printed card dust-jacket. Also included are 2 advertisement leaflets for other books by the same publisher. CONTENTS ARE LIKE NEW!!! Dust-jacket is age tanned & discoloured round spine and top edge area both sides, front mostly clean bar 1 small stain, slightly marked at the back, spine area is creased, small marks, frayed either end with small piece missing at head, top edge & flap corners creased & frayed. BOOK IN GREAT SHAPE: Spine is clean & sturdy, barely bumped & scuffed either end, gilt intact, binding tight! Cover is clean with a little edge wear. Corners are straight & slightly scuffed. Top edge slightly scratched, dye lighter & rubbed in places. Small sticker on 1st end paper. Faint writing indents & creases on 1st free end paper. Area of darker age tanning to pages 8 and 9 alongside spine (14 cm long & 4.5 cm wide) where bookmark was left by previous owner. Same for pages 84 & 85, but age tanning covering most of both pages (had sheet of paper inserted there). Some pages (very few) have small corner fold. Very light age tanning throughout.
